Derk Garlick R.A.,LEED AP, is a registered architect in New York and New Jersey and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). His diverse career experience ranges from detail oriented high end-residential townhouses to complex performing arts facilities. Mr. Garlick received his Bachelor of Architecture with a Fine Art minor from the University of Idaho. He has participated as an academic juror at the University of Idaho and the New York Institute of Technology. Mr. Garlick expresses his commitment to community and education by volunteering his time for the Habitat for Humanity and the local historic preservation council.

Chia-Ling Yuan A.I.A. is registered architect in the State of New York. She has international experience on large scale institutional projects and is an expert in zoning and feasibility studies. Ms. Yuan graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Masters Degree in Architecture.
